These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and GoJamBee LLC (“GoJamBee,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or“our”), a North Carolina limited liability companyompany,” “we,” “us,” o “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company

By accessing or using our website, purchasing any course, subscription, AI bot, grading serviceor other digital product offered by GoJamBee (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

GoJamBee provides digital business education, training programs, AI-powered automation tools, grading systems, benchmarking analytics, and related digital materials.

Courses are sold individually unless expressly bundled. AI bots are sold separately from courses. Certain Services may be offered as one-time purchases or Subscription-based services.

GoJamBee reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Access to certain Services requires account creation. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You agree to notify GoJamBee immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GoJamBee shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access ue to your failure to secure credentials.

4. Unlimited Seat Access and Company Use Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, course purchases include unlimited user access for the purchasing company

However, all seats and user access must be assigned solely to:

Owners of the purchasing company; or

Employees of the purchasing company.

Access is strictly limited to internal company training and operational use

You may not:

Share access with individuals outside your company

Provide access to another business entity

Grant access to competitors

Resell, sublicense, or distribute course or system access

Sharing access with individuals who are not owners or employees of the purchasing company constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

GoJamBee reserves the right to monitor login activity, usage patterns, IP access behavior, grading activity, and account behavior to ensure compliance

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund

5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are due at the time of purchase.

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation requires at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in enewal for the next billing period.

GoJamBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for failed payments, chargebacks, or billing disputes.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Courses

Subscriptions

AI bots

Grading services

SMS charges

Partial use or non-use

Failure to cancel within required timeframes

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. SMS Messaging and GoHighLevel (GHL) Billing

Certain Services may include SMS messaging functionality.

SMS usage incurs additional charges separate from course or subscription pricing.

If you are established as a sub-account under GoJamBee’s GoHighLevel Agency account, SMS usage fees will be billed monthly based on usage. You agree to pay all such charges.

If you utilize your own GoHighLevel Agency account, you are solely responsible for all SMS-related fees, compliance requirements, number registration, carrier approvals, and billing within your account.

SMS charges are non-refundable and may apply to usage incurred prior to cancellation.

8. AI Bot Ownership and Licensing

All AI bots, workflows, prompts, configurations, logic structures, automation systems, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of GoJamBee LLC

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI bots during the active term of their subscription.

Bots may be hosted on platforms separate from GoHighLevel or the GoJamBee website

Upon cancellation of bot-related Services:

Access to the bot will terminate

Bot functionality will cease

No ownership rights transfer to the Customer

AI bots are not transferable to another provider unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Grading Services, Data Storage, and Benchmarking

Certain Services include grading tools, assessments, evaluations, and performance tracking (“Grading Services”).

By using Grading Services, you acknowledge and agree that GoJamBee may collect, store,

retain, and analyze grading data, assessment results, and performance metrics for the purposes

of:

Maintaining training history

Providing reporting functionality

Ensuring compliance with active subscription status

Preventing misuse or unauthorized access

Establishing baseline performance metrics

GoJamBee may use aggregated and anonymized data to create benchmarking metrics and industry averages.

Benchmarking data will:

Not contain personally identifiable information

Not identify specific companies

Be presented in aggregate form only

Access to Grading Services terminates upon cancellation of the applicable subscription.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, materials, documentation, AI tools, branding, and digital assets provided by GoJamBee are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services.

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

11. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors.

AI tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment, medical, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs

12. No Guarantee of Results

GoJamBee makes no guarantees regarding revenue, profits, business growth, employee performance, or specific outcomes.

Results depend on numerous external factors beyond GoJamBee’s control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoJamBee LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost rofits, business interruption, or reliance on AI outputs.

GoJamBee’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GoJamBee in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoJamBee LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
